In a nutshell, she just keeps you around for the free attention. When people truly value the attention of someone, they aren't flaky about when they interact with them.. The reason she's flaky with you, is precisely because you are who keeps her occupied when she's unable to talk to the people or guy that she really wants to talk to. Keep in mind that as a man, your attention is a valuable asset, because women crave it. But they won't value it if you give it away so easily, especially to women that clearly aren't reciprocating it back to you. Cut her lose, there are plenty of other women out there.
