I’ve heard that women are more aware and concerned about personal safety then men are… but I think maybe I’m broken in that area. Why would that be? I walk out at 2am, go to strangers houses without telling anyone, take stuff given to me by friends I don’t know well. I’m impulsive and jump into things without thinking twice.
Is there something wrong with me?

It seems that may have never encountered genuine acts of violence and observed the intense fear and anxiety it can provoke. When I was 17, I joined the Marine Corps infantry, which also left me with a sense of detachment from violence during my younger years. My transformation didn't result from experiencing combat; that wasn't my journey. Rather, this shift in perspective began to occur as I matured. I look at violence differently today.
I think I might be the same, but then again I live in a very safe neighbourhood; there is virtually no crime. Half the time the local police station is unmanned, there's no one there.
Nah I was downtown in the city or going into places like Detroit
Nope you just haven't had to pay for a bad decision yet. Let's hope you never do.
I’m better now; but still very impulsive. Being married helps because I think about the risks in effect to him.
