A woman who was out biking with her husband and two kids came over to my cousin and I while we were doing yard work and she spent a good 2-3 mins just flirting with my cousin. She never acknowledged I was present not a hi or bye or a single word spoken in my direction.

It's hard to say why this particular married woman might have flirted with your cousin, bro. It could be a sign of her insecurity or boredom in her marriage. Some women may be attracted to the attention and validation that they get from flirting with other men. Other women might feel neglected by their husbands and crave attention from other men who make them feel desired. You can't really know what's going on in her mind. But regardless, if she is married and flirting with other men, that's not cool. It's disrespectful to her spouse and could lead to a lot of trust issues within the marriage.
