Girls, is this something you would do and should I take this as an obvious sign of interest?

To make it short, a girl I work with occasionally, was complimented on her outfit by another coworker. The girl that was complimented asked me if I like her outfit, we are friends, so it wasn't weird for her to ask. Anyway, I said yes, then I went on to say how I like how she dresses in general, especially a certain outfit she wore about a week earlier. Three days later, when we were going to work together again, she wore it! When she walked in we both smiled at each other. I'm guessing it was intentional and it made my heart smile! Lol Anyway, is this something you girls would do? I take it as a sign of interest, am I wrong to think this way?

I wouldn't call this an OBVIOUS sign of interest, it might just be a combinations she wears, the only thing it may mean more is that your opinion might have been important to her so she listened to it, which means she may value you as a person. If you like her, you need to get to know her and try to get closer to her, than ask her on a date and see if she is interested. You guys keep want to be 100% sure a girl likes you before making a move cause you are so damn afraid of rejection. You go for what you want in life and rejection is just part of life, with no risk there is no rewards.

Very good advice. We will be working together next Tuesday, I plan on asking her if she wants to grab some lunch with me at the local sandwich shop. See how that goes, because I plan on talking about other things besides work.
