My girlfriend thinks she can do whatever she wants. Is that a red flag?

Like a lot of peopel she doesn't like being told what to do and often says she can do whatever she wants. Is that a red flag like she's a spoiled brat and everything revolves around her? Or is that just a normal mindstate?

She wants to get her own separate house from her boyfriend, she wants to get tattoos even if it's a tramp stamp though it would be considered slutty. She just always seems to have this defiant attitude when I suggest or say something she wouldn't want to do

Seems like it's all about you. She's expressing her preferences, not telling you what to do. As an adult, yes, she can do anything she wants. You can tell her how you feel, then decide whether you want to continue seeing her.
