Girls, Should I make a move or not?

I like this girl and she has a boyfriend. He ignores her. I respect her relationship so I haven’t tried to make any advances. She and I talk a lot and I have kept conversations with her on the down low since she’s taken.

A few weeks ago her friends told me I should make a move anyway, but I just think that’s trashy and I respect her decisions so I didn’t do it.

Today I flirted with her best friend and she seemed like I pushed her away. I was just being casual, nothing going on with her bff and me. We were just being funny. Well, her bff and another one of her friends talked to me alone after she left and told me that I had gone too far. I explained that I don’t want to move in on a girl who’s taken bc I would want my girl to be loyal to me if it was the other way around. And I respect her choice to be in her relationship. They started talking about if she was to leave him for me and they told me that she pays attention to when I flirted with her bff.

I don’t even know for sure if she likes me or not. If so, why doesn’t she dump her boyfriend esp since he doesn’t even spend time with her?

Girls, does all this talk from her friends mean she likes me? Should I express my feelings to her?
