A girl at my job is super friendly with others she smiles and talks to everyone, but never talks to me, I didn’t do anything that would make her mad?

She just gives me smile and we walk past each other If I say “good morning “. But everyone tells me how nice and friendly she is but that doesn’t seem the case when it comes to me. When do you think?

She clearly isn’t open to be talking to me ……. Just a far fetched thought but she has a lisp ……. So do you ladies feel shy when you have something like that around people YOU like

Maybe there was some vibe she picked up that she didn't like. Maybe you did do something without knowing it because in your head it isn't a big deal or wrong but she views it differently. Really hard to say but at least she is civil by the sounds of it. She says good morning and smiles. That is all that is required of a coworker is to be civil. I guess my question is why is this so upsetting to you? Do you like her or do you just want to be included like everyone else she talks to at work? If it were me I would go about my day and not worry about it unless she was being nasty to me.

We have no idea, But you can talk to her and tell her what you see and how it makes you feel and ask her if you did something wrong to her. It should help clear the situation and let you learn more about it.
