This all started February 2nd of 2023. A guy in our group started to like me. At first I didn't believe it cause I'm five years older than him and divorced. As time went on after the winter ball I realized he did like me. My best friend also likes him too since the summer before Feb 2023. He came over to her house in June of 2022 but nothing seemed to happen. I'm not sure what to do about the situation. I asked my friend if she was in love with him and she lied straight to my face. I just know she likes him because she's always upset when he doesn't give her attention at the parties. I've tried avoiding him but somehow I keep ending up sitting next to him. He's also at my house and work often dropping off mail. How can I be a better friend? How do I fix the situation?
