So my boyfriend has this friend and she gave him a shoutout of him always being there for her and I have never seen this post until recently and she posted a status and pic with him and her he says the pic is old and the post is 10 months old that I never seen until now and we’ve been together this whole time. She calls him her best friend is there something not right? Why did she just now make that post public?

From my perspective all is alright. You didn't raise any concerns about him as your boyfriend in your question, you just got some thing from the past, before you even were tegother, and try to find something in it.
