Met this girl at club , we had very little small talk and we exchanged numbers. I texted "happy new year" (not word for word) when the year changed and she responded very quickly. Today (1/1/2024) I texted to see if she is available at Friday at a certain time (9pm) to go for drinks. It's been 3 hours and no response. Should I send her another text?
Seemed a nice girl but she did not respond to my text, shall I send another text?

3 hours isn’t a long time. Get busy and give her time to respond, you don’t know what she’s doing right now. Tomorrow is Tuesday, if she hasn’t responded by then, sure you can reach out but keep in mind not hearing from her in almost a day would be very intentional on her behalf.
that's what I'm planning to do. To send her a follow-up text like " hey [name], how 's you day? I wanted to see if you still want to go on a date at Friday"
I don't know if I would say “still” since it looks like there was never a plan or agreement to get drinks in motion. I would keep the first part asking about her day and modify the second. Something like “I was wanting to ask you out for drinks on Friday, would you be interested?” World it how you want, just take the pressure off because as of now you don’t know if she’s even into you like that.

I don't know about this. It's not something I would do because I wanna make sure that it's definitely her not being interest in me rather than wondering and making up scenarios about why she did not respond

I feel it in my gut that the follow-up text will scare her away but it is me doubting my self, and want to send a 2nd text.. waiting a day after the 1st text and no response is enough to realize she is NOT interested?
