So the world is ending and only you can save it - you're a mother and its the hardest decision you'll ever make

Sacrifice your teen son or sacrifice your teen daughter - one of them dies and only that can save the world. Who are you picking? ... Honestly, I had nothing better to do and this seemed like a silly bit of fun and it goes without saying ladies and mums, we all love our kiddo's and its just for fun.

P. S. you cannot sacrifice yourself or anybody else, you have to select your boy or girl to save rest of humanity.

I don’t have a child yet but yes I would sacrifice them. Not because it’s an easy decision, it would absolutely wreck me, but because it’s one life for billions of lives.

i love the reasoning and yes I would do the same even though it would destroy me... but then again you'd have to remain strong and alive for the other kid remaining - personally i love my boy a little bit more hence i'd actually sacrifice him cause I'm doing a ethically wrong thing so i should live with more pain - hence my pick would be my son
