We were at work and I showed a lady a picture of my university professor that looks just like her even though the lady at work is Moroccan and my professor is half Lebanese half American and as soon as I showed her the image, she said always ask, whenever you need help always ask, what did she mean? Was she turning the topic around or what?

Okay dude that's pretty random that she said that after you showed her the picture. At first I was like why would she even bring up asking for help randomly? That is kind of a strange thing to just throw out there. But the more I think about it, she probably just meant it in a nice way like "hey if you ever need anything feel free to ask." Teachers are supposed help kids right? So I bet she was just trying to let you know you can go to her too if you have a question or something. She might have felt bad that your professor reminds her of herself haha. I don't think she was trying to be weird or turn it around on you. Older people say weird stuff sometimes when they're trying to be nice. I wouldn't stress about it or read into it too much. She for sure wasn't hitting on you or anything creepy. Just smile and nod next time she says something odd like that. I'm sure she was just making casual conversation since you showed her the pic. Nothing to worry about dude!
