Girls, Why do some females get upset when a man tells them "no"?

I've heard a lot of females say "Never say no to a w***n". So if a man says no, they get offended?

I don't, but there are situations I definitely can't handle "no". Especially if there is no reason at all or logical reason behind it...

on Monday night, my best friend definitely rejected my offer of help... without giving any reason... I would argue, but he was suffering a concussion, so I gave up... he made sure I returned to Germany... I'm so pissed off!!
