If a girl left you on delivered, should you still like her social media post or not?

I don’t see why not but ask yourself what liking the post means for you. I feel that it’s to get her attention, sort of like a ‘hey I’m still here, waiting for a response’, trying to maintain showing your interest. If that is the intent, or at least part of it, then you have to consider what’s going on, on her end. She could be busy, or not interested in carrying on with you so she lets your conversation sit for hours unopened, maybe even days.

That's why I haven't liked any post because I know it would be a desperate plea to get her attention. However liking nothing makes me look butthurt.

No it doesn’t mean you’re butthurt at all. You are reading way too much into her social media movements, but that’s mainly because you are focused on her as a whole. If she isn’t responding to you then to me that says you are not on her mind. You and her conversation with you is not a focal point or priority. So why would she notice whether or not you’re liking her posts?
