Oh gosh, I remember those days with a fondness only time and change can produce. The days when carrying a gallon of milk to the table, four feet away, took both hands. When you doubled over in pain from running into a table, or you fell on the stairs, and tumbled down in the awkwardest pose ever. I like to think those years made me resilient.
So yeah, I used to be twiggy, and I used to have near no muscle mass, and I was not the smoothest thing on my feet. For me, it was just one of those things that I grew out of gradually. It started with being able to tear open ketchup packets, open bottles, carry in the groceries, carry my laundry up the stairs, and so on.
If it doesn’t seem like time is changing too many things for you, then I would consider working out and practice lifting heavy objects.

I’m not even faking it!!! That’s the worst part about everything. I have tripped over myself, Ran into my sofa chair while walking (this happens too much ugh), burned my finger forgetting a Pan was hot, ran my eye into a bookshelf (see pic below), trip constantly (almost) in heels (it’s worse than in normal shoes or barefoot), run into my bed when going to bed or walking near it, tripped over carpet and I can’t open a tomato sauce container. I typically say a small “oops” with a slight giggle because I know I look silly and move on. Goodness it’s even worse when I’m drunk. I am not dangerous to others though :) just myself.
Some people like it some people don't ... in my case I don't mind actually the way I look at it is I saw here someone said they like weak girls cause then they can be more protective
um ... I feel that's really demeaning feeling comfortable with yourself cause someone lacks somthing you have
The way I see it I think you can get over this and you might be bored of it then sorry XD don't give yourself into it don't think less of yourself for it its all a matter of confidence and belive me there's a roght guy for everyone and he probably won't mind.
I myself look at it as I commit to a relationship through anything. You might have to wait a bit but in the end its worth it :D
Good luck :D
I know there are lots of guys who would be into a girl like you but unfortunately not one of them. The thing is, a lot of guys probably thinks its "cute" and I'll bet that annoys you.
I stutter, and it really bugs me that I do, but I get a lot of comments about it from girls saying its "cute". I suppose I could take it as a compliment but it really bugs me. I mean here is this thing about myself that is in no way good and I'm struggling to change and out of all of the things a girl could compliment about me its that? I hate that! And I'm guessing you feel the same way about guys who compliment your weakness and clumsiness.

you say you go to the gym, but you can't even open a bottle? hmm... strange. ok, I really like physically weak girls, because it makes me want to "protect" them even more and it's a turn on, but if my girlfriend asked me to open stuff all the time it would be very very annoying. I mean... it should be no problem to open a bottle/lift a newspaper lol (no matter how weak you are).
I prefer a competent, confident woman. Yes, I would think this was needy, annoying, or just not admirable. Sorry the answer was not very complimentary or reassuring.
In an extreme case like yours I think it could be pretty annoying unfortunately. Though, there are guys out there who like girls like you, so I wouldn't worry.
I'm not gonna lie it's annoying. but it's not like you can help it.
I prefer weak girls to strong girls.
Fun to knock over.
