This guy I used to like (whom I think used to like me too) makes me SO NERVOUS to even be around, walk past, glance at or ANYTHING. seeing him honestly ruins my day a little.
So I don't like him much anymore because after one day of showing that he kinda liked me, I didn't see him for about a week (we're in college and live on campus) and then suddenly he stops making any kind of eye contact or anything (you can tell it's intentional and unnatural how he will look at me and look away FAST) and he still does it.
he has a girlfriend now,and I've walked past the both of them before and he did the same thing (they were talking and he was looking at people walking by and I was getting out of class and once he saw me he looked away really quick;hardly glancing at me before looking away)
I don't know what to think of it, but I just can't stand seeing him because I instantly get nervous and feel unwanted because it seems like he doesn't even want to look at me.
sometimes I even dread leaving my dorm room for fear that I'll run into him (but I still go out and hang out with friends, its just that I'm always dreading that I'll see him around the corner or something. we live in the same residence hall by the way.)
Why does he do this? at first I thought maybe it was because he didn't want to like me anymore (or didn't want me to like him either) so he would avoid eye contact. but even when he was with his girlfriend he did it...why should he worry about me? if anything, shouldn't he be making it known that he's with someone so maybe he can push me away?
Idk I'm confused...help?
Any tips or words of advice...anything?!?
