Does it mean anything if a girl keeps apologizing?

So recently, this girl I've been flirting with has starting doing something new. She keeps apologizing for her behavior. Her are two examples.

When at the bar for a friends birthday the other night, a bunch of us decided to go back to a friend of ours house after the bar closed. I suggested to this girl that she come as well but she declined saying that she was really stressed, tired and didn't feel all that great (she did look a bit frazzled). About 30 minutes after getting to my buddies house she texted me saying that she was sorry for not coming and for being crabby. She said she was just stressed, anxious, and annoyed with things.

One afternoon I was at the bar that I frequent which she waitresses at. She kept coming up to me when she had some down time to talk. She kept venting about some problems she was having with her coworkers. Shortly after leaving the bar, she sent me a text saying sorry and thanking me for listening to her vent.

So what does this mean when a girl does stuff like this? Does it mean she likes more or something is trying to prove herself to me/make a good impression?

you are just over analysing. She acted on impulse and then apologized to you because she thought you would have thought of her as a complaining, stressed out girl who was venting her problems to you all the time.

She's probably self-councious. I tend to do this a lot when I think people are judging me.
