i was wondering, exactly what this means?

I.E. do you like guys who make jokes and stuff like "knock knock who is there etc"

How do I make a girl laugh?

IDK what is wrong with me, but I like this girl and every-time I say something she laughs...I already know she likes me but I am not making a joke or TRYING to make her laugh...I am actually being serious and she's laughing/giggling lol.

all girls say they want a guy with humor, but what they want is not a funny guy what can make them laugh to tears, they want a guy who can find witty ways to flirt out of nowhere.

for example, this girl I was texting and flirting with, we were talking about her female colleagues,and she said "I can introduce her to you if you want! (in a jealous tone)" and I said "No, I have you is enough" and her heart melted obviously.

Another time we were in a restaurant sitting side by side across 2 small tables and the waitress came over and asked if we can move to sit opposite each other and give one of the table to another couple, obviously since I was the guy they would expect me to do the gentleman thing and move, but instead I looked at the girl and smile and shook my head in the direction of the opposite chair as if to say "you move, I am not moving" and both she and the waitress laughed.

Yet another time, on our first date she was wearing high heels and we were crossing a street and she suddenly held onto my upper arm, which was our first intimate contact, when we finished crossing the road I said with a smug smile on my face "hey we have finished crossing the road, you can let go now..." and she just looked at me with a huge smile and said "I was only worried about falling over on my high heels!"

I mean, that's the kind of humor they want I think.

There are two different types of laughter when it comes to flirting with girls. 1) you've actually said something funny and she is genuinely amused. 2) She likes you and is trying to make you feel better about yourself (sometimes its both). A guys personality depends on a LOT more then just a guy's sense of humor but if you can make her laugh, good for you :D because who DOESNT like to laugh? to elaborate the above:

When a girl laughs at a joke of yours, it makes you feel better about yourself because she is telling you that she thinks you are funny and impressive,making your ego grow and giving you a confidence boost.

If she's giggling with friends then they are probably talking about you! LUCKY YOU

If you two are alone and she's laughing at everything you say CONGRATS she's totally into you. Don't try to be too lame/cheesy funny because after a while it gets annoying. just be yourself and she'll love you just the way you are.

Yeah she's giggling with her friends and her friend looks at me and is smiling at me...but I figure they are just making fun of me...why else would her friend laugh at me? as if I did something stupid, but I am just sitting there doing nothing.

Im so sorry, I meant to press the comment button :P sorry. Anyway if her friend is giggling that means that they are talking about you, there is a 95% chance. She's laughing not because she thinks its funny but because she knows the secret that her friend likes you. The girls WANT you to think that they are weird and wonder about what they were talking about (just like you are now, what can I say; it works :P). She wants your attention and now she's got it. SHE LIKES YOU. its not real laughter.

I love a guy that can make me laugh. But, the best kind of humor to have is the witty, quick kind. It's one thing to just memorize knock knock jokes, and another thing to just be witty when you think of something funny to say on your own about the conversation, etc. Like a quick on your feet wit.

But, if you're trying to be very serious and she's giggling, maybe she is nervous...or, she could thinkyoure being sarcastic and don't actually mean what you're saying. It depends on what kind of serious talk you mean...i would hope she isn't laughing at something important.

I think it's more along the lines of having the same type of humor. I have met hilarious guys that I probably wouldn't date, their humor was just different from mine. But my boyfriend has the same type of humor as me, I know if I think something is funny, I can share it with him and he'll think so too.

As for the girl, it seems like she likes you and might be kind of shy because of it. I laugh more when I'm nervous and don't know what to say, especially with a cute guy. So I'd say it's a good sign.

But in all seriousness, every girl loves to have a man that will make them smile and laugh! I especially love love a guy who is witty and hilarious. The reason she laughs at everything you say because she is into you. (like you stated in your question) And I am sure she is happy to be around you! At least for me, when I am around someone I love, I tend to smile and laugh frequently, simply because I am with him. Another thing is that when a girl is into you, she obviously thinks you're the best, and therefore your jokes are 10x the hilarity level compared to another guy that may say the same joke. That's something I've picked up on :)

Guys can make a girl laugh by telling jokes or funny stories that happen to them or even smililng at them making goofy faces...teasing her a lil.

If the girl likes you already then it wouldn't be hard to try to make her laugh and if she really likes you she'll probably laugh or smile for no apparent reason. =)

Not really "knock knock" jokes necessarily. Just be yourself, if she's laughing and your not even trying then you must just be a funny guy! :)
