My Response To The Person Trying To Justify Someone Wishing Rape Upon Me

So, I asked the question "Have You Ever Had Rape Wished Upon You?" Because someone on G@G wished rape upon me. I got a response from somebody else, trying to justify why I deserve to have rape wished upon me.

My Response To The Person Trying To Justify Someone Wishing Rape Upon Me

"She said that because the only way for you to know what these British girls are going through is to experience it yourself."

And when did I ever say I know what these girls are going through? I haven't got a clue what any rape victim - girl or boy - goes through. I can only imagine what they go through by thinking:

‘What if these people's wish came true, and I got raped? How would I feel?’

I can only imagine I'd feel devastated, scared, violated. But that doesn't mean I can ever truly understand what rape victims go through. What I can do however, is attempt to ensure all victims regardless of their gender are heard, and to make sure that one demographic of victims isn't being played down for whatever reason because all victims matter.

"She said THEN maybe you will stop defending these people"

By "these people" I assume you mean the criminals (rapists and groomers) involved in these gangs. How dare either of you accuse me of defending those sickos. I do nothing of the sort, go through any one of my MTakes on this topic, and show me where I have defended such monsters.

Who I do defend is the innocent people in our Pakistani community. People like my father who have worked so hard to put a roof over their family's head. People like my little brother, who have no interest in romantic relationships, and just want to do their hobbies like play computer games and electronics and study hard at school. People like my cousin who is studying to become a doctor. People like my other cousins, one is helping running a business, the other is my age and studying at college. People like my little cousins who are still in primary school. Why do the innocent Pakistanis deserve to have this stereotype projected onto them? What have they done?

"This a problem within the Pakistani community"

Actually, based on the reports of victims, it is found that in child sexual exploitation gangs (grooming gangs) that: 36% of the perpetrators were white, 27% of the perpetrators were Asian, 16% were black, and 16% were unknown.

So while you are acting like this is a problem that only the Pakistani community faces, actually, every community has this problem so rather than each community trying to solve it individually, shouldn't every community come together and solve this problem?

"PS stop telling people I've been harassing you"

When did I ever say to anyone you were harassing me? I said that you "hit on me" because that's what you were accused of (by another user who is not me) and you made me feel uncomfortable, because you did, I didn't even reply to your weird comments until somebody else called you out, and when they did you made your opinion anonymous!

"You don't know the meaning of the word harassment"

Yes I do, and I also know when somebody makes me feel uncomfortable and weirded out and you made me feel both of those things.

"That post was MONTHS ago and I already told you it was a troll post."

Doesn't matter if it was MONTHS ago you still posted it.

And if it was an innocent troll post, why make it anonymous and beg me to remove it? And why remove your creepy audio recording about letting "hot" girls into your workplace for free?

Even if it was a troll post, I'm sure that's against the guidelines, so why troll in the first place?

"I was trying to piss off Feminists including YOU."

So why did you make that post anon? If it was making a statement against feminists then why are you acting so guilty?

And on the thread you told the person who was accusing you that you were joking and that it was a type of humour not many understand, now you're saying that it was "to piss off Feminists?" If you're going to lie, at least stick to one.

"The age of consent in the UK is 16, so even if I WAS hitting on you, it wouldn't be illegal"

Are you in the UK? No, you're in the USA and isn't it 18 over there? And even if the age of consent is 16, that doesn't make it any less immoral. You still made me uncomfortable, so I didn't reply incase you said anymore weird things, but then somebody called you out, so after that I replied.

And you still haven't apologised for making me feel uncomfortable. How would you like it, if you had a little sister and some dude 11 years older than her reduced her to her looks, made her feel uncomfortable, and then didn't apologise? Would you be okay with that?

"Also if you don't like overaged men hitting on you, or touching your hair then why do you get so trigger when someone calls out Pakistanis for raping underaged British girls?"

Because when you say "Pakistanis" it can lead some people to believe that the whole Pakistani community commit such disgusting crimes when it isn't all of us.

And when you're singling out the Pakistani men who commit these crimes, you are leaving out the 36% white people committing these same crimes, the 16% black people committing these crimes, the 16% unknown committing these crimes, and the women who are involved in these crimes. And you are leaving out the boys who are victims of these crimes. And that isn't fair.

Because then it's implying the victims of the other ethnicities committing these crimes, don't matter, it's implying the boys who are victims of these crimes don't matter. When they do.

And by only focusing on one ethnicity you may be making it easier for groomers of other ethnicities to target people because everyone's focusing on one whole community - most of which are innocent.

And by the way, I have not come across an official statistic to state how many Pakistanis are involved in these crimes, the closest thing I can seem to find is the percentage of "Asians" involved.

And I don't have a problem with anyone calling out Pakistanis as long as they mention:

A) Not all of the Pakistani community is like this, and a lot of the Pakistani community condemn this.

B) All the other ethnicities involved and that it's not just Pakistanis

C) Facts and figures - true figures from official websites.
