Just to be clear there's a difference between being a good guy and being the stereotypical "nice guy". Good guys have standards, boundaries, they're nice but they aren't afraid of disagreeing with people of of possibly being judged negatively for doing so because they're not trying hard to impress everybody. Nice guys being people pleasers want to be like by everybody, so they say what they think people want to hear or say nothing at all because they fear being disliked or rejected. One is strong, the other is weak.
