How Most Straight Guys Look at Both Genders

I don't speak for every man but since I'm a straight man, I know how a lot of straight men look at women. It's probably different then how women look at men but since I'm not a woman, I don't know how women look at men.

We admire her entire face, we don't pick parts. We don't say, "she has a nice smile" or "she has beautiful lips". We just love the way women's entire faces look. As men we are capable of admiring a woman's face without separating parts. It's nothing sexual, we just feel physical attraction to her.

When we see a woman with a nice body, most of us aren't thinking anything sexual. Most of us aren't perverts despite what a lot of think. We just admire the nice form that the woman has and we feel physical attraction to her. It's not sexual arousal.

Not every man makes a big deal out of breasts and butts. Women seem to think that those are the only body parts men like. The face is way more important than her breasts and butt. Most guys wouldn't date a woman with a unattractive face just because she has nice breasts and a nice butt. When it does come to sexual arousal, each man finds a certain body part of a woman sexually attractive. It's not always the breasts and butts. Some guys like myself find the female navel and abdomen more sexually attractive than the breasts and butts.

Men are visual creatures and it's a good thing; otherwise we wouldn't care about the things I just mentioned. People like to think focusing on physical characteristics is shallow, but I disagree. It's natural for us straight men to find women physically attractive. So by that "logic" those people are saying that physical attraction is some kind of anomaly. How can you expect a man to date a woman that he doesn't find physically attractive? You really think the man is going to feel comfortable with her? Of course not.

Personality matters as well but when it comes to physical attraction and personality, we don't value one more than the other. Both looks and personality matter equally to us, a woman can't one and not the other. That's a deal breaker for most men.

Now you're wondering how do straight guys look at other guys, well obviously it's not the same. We don't think guys are pleasing to the eye, in fact we think men are gross. "Ewww!" "Yuck!" I use sanitizer after shaking hands with a guy; however, if I shake hands with a woman, I don't need to wash my hands unless she has bad hygiene. I won't shake hands with people that have a contagious disease. This cartoon of a man vomiting describes what most of us straight guys think about Having sex with other men. No offense intended to anyone.

You know it's true; straight women can hold hands in public, make out, touch each other, ogle each other, talk dirty to each other, say your gender looks better than the opposite gender and even do sexual things without being shamed. Men can't because it's frowned upon, not only that but the main reason is because us straight guys don't find guys sexy. It's not homophobic but since we are straight we just don't find men physically attractive. It's normal to think men are not physically attractive/pleasing to the eye because we are straight.

It's true that we can acknowledge if a man looks good but only in a artistic point of view. Most of us know that one gender isn't better than the other but us straight men still rather look at a woman than a man. We get a emotional reaction from seeing a beautiful woman. We find women physically attractive just by looking at her. We don't feel physical attraction to men.

So perhaps men see the opposite gender differently than women but I'm not sure how women look at men because I'm not a woman. This is just to explain how straight men look at both genders.
