Why the Guy You Like Lost Interest in You

If you like a guy, and you think he likes you, don't do the following things, or he will lose interest in you.

1. Make him jealous by talking to another guy or interacting with another guy.

Some girls think that "Oh, since he hasn't made a move, I decided to make him jealous so he will

take the initiative." The fact is totally opposite. Some guys will think that you don't like him. You

really think you make him jealous so he will make a move? Making him jealous will give him false signal, it is possible that he will back off instead of starting to pursue you.

2. Wait for him to take the initiative.

Not every guy takes the initiative, some guys have high self-esteem or low self-confidence. If you

like him, and he seemingly has interest in you. Don't just wait for him to make a move, because he

will feel that you're not sending any signals. Don't think he doesn't like you just because he's not

moving, maybe he is just cautious. (Don't think taking the initiative is 100% a guy thing.)

3. Make yourself hard to get.

Some girls think that "If you really like me, come pursue me. I won't tell you or take the initiative

because it is guy thing." Making yourself hard to get makes the guy you like feel unwanted. Once he

has this feeling, he will back off.

You can take his facial expression or body language into consideration and then determine whether he has interest in you or not, but it is not 100% accurate.

If you do all these things, don't think he will take the initiative. Like me, I don't like girl who doesn't send me any signal because I don't have so much energy or time to pursue her.

True, nunber one is a no for me. Number three id say, dont act hard to get, just be yourself and respond accordingly to the interest the man shows, if you believe it is genuine. Here I have to add, men usually mistake a girl acting hard to get from a girl who is not interested in them. Some qill get mad and criticise her "hard to get attitude". Truth is she is simply not interested and no woman is obligated to be interested in someone, so it is important to interpret and know when it is an act and when she is aimply not interested. Jealousy is a terrible idea for either side. I've had dudes try to use it on me, one I was interested in and the other not at all. In both cases my thoughts were, "Why are you telling me this? I don't care."
Guys, ladies, don't do it. It makes them react the same as they would if someone repulsive did it, even if they're interested. Do you really want that?

I suspect that guys lose interest in me because they meet me, and they're like "wow this girl is so sweet and shy and mysterious, I must find out more" and then they do and they're like "oh nvm she's just boring." 😂

I think you shouldn't be impossible to get but shouldn't be too easy. Guys don't appreciate easy prey, as much as a girl that they worked for a little more. Guys often don't even consider girls for a serious relationship if they were an easy catch. So I disagree with you on the hard to get part.

Also jealousy is sometimes a little good and necessary, it assures you of the persons feelings towards you and it makes you feel wanted. Obviously you can't make him jealous if he doesn't even know you're breathing but at first a little jealousy is good.

On the initiative part I think both parties must show it, because a relationship is a two way street and initiative shows interest. You can't expect a girl to want to take initiative if the guy never takes it himself. That's a very personal opinion though, I prefer guys who take the lead.

you smoke anything other than maybe weed but still too much is no good,

When it come to taking the initiative, females really have no idea what it is like to go up to someone and try to introduce yourself in a public setting for the first time. If you get rejected as we guys know, people around you know you have been rejected.

It explains exactly why some of us advise women to take the initiative with a guy instead of sitting around and Waiting for him to (if he does, great, but this is for when he doesn't).

Best part is, it's not that hard. She just has to go up to him and flirt and/or smile, carry on a good conversation to show him she is interested, and either give him her number or get his.

I think you have to have your own life even you are in relationship. You need to have other hobbies and interests other than he has.
And respect is important. He is an indivudual. You can not glue yourself to them.
And whatever happens just do not be afraid to show your love. We all need love and to be loved. My little advices 💙

If a guy lost interest it is for one reason. You interrupted his view of life. Whatever he is single is what he will be in a relationship and problems always start when women expect a man to start contributing in some way... All he wants is to continue his life exactly as it was with sex, and he loses interest when you interfere with that vision.

What you're describing is possible, and likely happens a lot. However, the author is talking about why some guys who already clearly had interest may lose it.

That means that if a guy is interested in you, and you do the things outlined above, he may lose interest. It's not the same as him not even having any interest to begin with, because in that case what you do or don't is not relevant.
