What is Online Abuse?

Online abuse includes a diversity of tactics and malicious behaviors ranging from: sharing embarrassing or cruel content about a person to impersonation, doxing, stalking and electronic surveillance to the nonconsensual use of photography and violent threats. The pathetic man won't pick-on or bully other men only a female will do for him.

The online harassment of women, sometimes called Cybersexism or cybermisogyny, is specifically gendered abuse targeted at women and girls online. It incorporates sexism, racism, religious prejudice, homophobia and transphobia, low self-esteem and abandonment issues.

Why Do They Do it Online?

While the internet certainly facilitates this behaviour, it doesn’t directly cause it. No, just leave that to an abusive sad man. Men who are abusive towards women online are usually abusive in their real life too. Most are single, have had few if any sexual partners, and suffer from low testosterone levels.

What's Wrong with Those Guys?

Defective and Scared

Most of the men who participate suffer from severe mental problems. While this facilitates aspects of this behaviour, it doesn’t directly cause it. The abusers are usually social outcast with no self-esteem. These men don't feel they can compare to a Real Man because they really aren't men at all. They target females because they view them as weaker. When actually they are the weak ones.

Psychology of a Loser and Abuser

These guys are seen as Jekyll and Hyde because of the stark contrast in their public and private selves. When we look into the mind and behaviors of these men, we find three main psychological disorders most often in men that bully women and abuse them online. The DSM cites these disorders as all dangerous and severe.

Three Diagnosis of Abusers

Antisocial Personality Disorder; deceitfulness, repeatedly lying, use of aliases or conning others for personal profit or pleasure.

Boarderline Personality Disorder; a pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships by alternating between extreme idealizations and devaluation

Narcissistic Personality Disorder, a grandiose sense of self-importance, an ability to admit fault.

Embarrassing to Real Men

Online abusive men are embarrassments to the male gender. Real Men with dignity, morals, class, and, courage respect women and are dating or sleeping with women not harassing them for fun. Real Men are not catty and emotional wrecks like the abusers online are. Real Men have pride which stops them from acting like fool's.

These computer warrior men wouldn’t say these things to women in real life without the protection of being online ( don't have balls ). In fact they all share the fact that they are sad, pathetic, and have a miserable life ahead of them. #Facts

Don't share your private information
Don't trust in strangers people online.
And if someone, try to be rude or something, you can block or banned that person. If you think what that's a serious problem, you can report them to the Police at Cyber crime office o whatever be the name in your country.

Use Safety Apps Like Telegram or Signal.
For me Signal is the Best app in all the world.

Interesting, sure, there's lots of abuse going on out there.

It goes both ways though male/female. Online dating is really a form of emotional abuse or maybe an emotional workout... depending how one wants to view it and what happens. Or maybe it's like a journey through the Amazon with some very large insects...:)

In the end, maybe the zombie apocolypse has already occurred... and we just haven't noticed because so many have turned to zombies... on the inside?

I don't think its right for anyone to stoop to the level of saying extremely hurtful things online for example ' you deserve to be raped' or 'who bred you' which are some of the things I have seen on social media recently. If we are talking about why people would say things like this online. I would say that most of them are bitter and insecure and take to social media because they think they can get away with it behind a screen

The advancement of life people and society brings also ne ays to do evil.
To do evil you always have to have the reciever of evil.
The weak the low self esteem the lonely the non attractive is mostly the target. Society became a society of the nonreal communication. You have no feelings on the computer or cellphone when you are talking to someone until society made computers and cellphones their main and normal way of communication to people.
Not everyone is made equal. You still hav people with fully activated emotions that uses computers and cellphones to talk to someone. Those people are defenceless against a online abuser. It doesn't bother me because I'm am old school. I is sd in many ways that you can get hurt by someone you don't know over the phone. I feel it about the parents and training wht people should and should not believe ( opinions). Parents show train their kids not to give out information ( ammunition) about themselves. I never had an attack because they don't know anything about me. If I put something bad out there about myself be sure it was well planned. People are putting their emotions into a machine and then electronically relaying it to millions of people to do what they want to with it. All in the name of loneliness, boredom!, love, etc.

I do agree with all your points except that this only happens to women and girls. I’ve known a couple guys who have gotten harassed and bullied online by very mean women. Yes a majority is men doing it but it isn’t completely one sided. This was well written and made good points. Thanks!

own pleasure, I got a conservative side to me and stand behind the Republican Governor of Alabama who was talking about making it a law that any man who commits any assault on a Female he should be castrated and live a long life of sadness with his master not being able to work for him. Please excuse my roughness but I got an issue dealing with Males cause in School most Males abused me and my own Father also abused me with verbal abuse. I certainly agree that anonymity makes everyone more powerful in his or her own minds and is an open door for psychos no doubt. As I read your take, I couldn’t help but be reminded by a line “doctor it hurts when I do that” …doctor” well don’t do that.” Online is a virtual existence, only, unless you may be shopping e. g. I find it sad that someone has become so online dependent, as it seems to appear here, that you feel that you need to police a lost cause. If you don’t belong to some agency that works this, there is no way you can police this as a user. Online, is one of those things that you can just walk away from and it shouldn’t exist in your life’s psyche other than for maybe entertainment. That was why I thought you came on here anyways. I wouldn’t attach anything resembling real to anything social media online.

@WowwGirl I get lots of abuse online and mostly from other girls and when I am out guys would always compliment my looks but most girls give me dirty looks or whisper slut etc. I've even been dragged around by my hair by girls just for wearing the wrong outfit.
