I do too when I have time it's pretty embarrassing. I never told anyone and I usually don't let my boyfriend know or watch it when he's not around, If he'd find out I'd think he would die of laughter. Then die again because I'd have to kill him for disrespecting anime. But some guys are understanding.

I think it's pretty cute honestly but I understand the feeling. I never told any girl I watched anime even until this day because I felt like in a way i wouldn't be very masculine to them. I'm over it now and not afraid to share but only if it comes up.

Anime is a story telling medium. That's literally like saying, you won't say someone because they read books, maybe that they read fiction to be a slight bit more specific. That's fairly elitistic and you shouldn't want to be with a person like that, haha.

No, that's messed up. I would love to end up with a girl who loved watching anime, as I do, too. Like, I like to watch other things than just anime, but I do love anime. It's even how I envision my stories when I write them. They're all animated in my head like anime XD

Honestly I think I would like it if a girl I was interested in liked the same anime that I do. It would be a shared interest and something that we could do together. I think that saying 'No' flat out is a little close minded, considering the sheer variety of anime and media types out there. Personally, I dont find that anime is emasculating. Its a medium, it can be for everyone, it does not determine whether you are more or less masculine. Again, just my opinion as a renaissance man.
Anybody can watch anime, and it's not like watching anime is a definitive way of liking a person. you must analyze his/her behavior, beliefs, likings, good and bad aspects, but more importantly, if that person respects you. but then it'll depend of the guy, there are lots of varieties, since classical music to heavy metal, sweet taste to bitter, dark to smooth.. shounen to ecchi xD
