What does it mean if a guy calls you "distracting"?

Me and this boy talked for one whole day and everything was cool then the next day he didn't DM me until about 7oclock and all he said was he'd talk to me later cause he needed to focus on school, when I asked if he wanted to text me he said he didn't need any distractions.
I use to go with this boy and he broke up with me because he needed to focus on school and football and he also called me a distraction. What do they mean by distraction and is that good or bad? 👀

It just means that he wants to focus on your one hundred percent or not at all. Same thing with his school and football. He wants to be one hundred percent. He just has things he needs to take care for himself before he ttys to take care of someone else. So in this case, it just is. You're not a horrible distraction or even "bad", I just think he wants to organize his time.

That's rude. He is saying he doesn't have time for you! It's totally a bad thing.

It just means he's not ready for a relationship yet. He wants to focus on his future, and isn't ready to focus on someones else's future, yet.
