What does it mean if a guy/man calls you small?

I've had a couple different guys/men say i'm small and I don't know what that means because I don't think i'm that small, I mean I know i'm short (I'm about 5'5) but i'm not really skinny (i'm not fat either though).

Is saying a girl is "Small" more to do with her height or like her body? or a mixture of both?

To be fair I am quite a bit smaller than the guys/men that said this, but still.

i think they refer to height but also body weight, cause obviousley if you're fat and skinny people won't say your'e small.. you understood?

and yes. if you're fat no one would call you amall, it can be seen as offensice if he\she do that
