Why is this dude copying me?

This dude kept mimicking me today. WTF is up with him?
If I leaned forward, he did to, leaned back, he did it too. Brush my fingers against my skin, he did it.

WHY?

Multiple reasons why this could have happened:

1-He read somewhere that copying a girls movements makes for a stronger connection somehow
2-He is having an inside joke with himself or a friend and copying you
3-He thinks he's funny
4-He is creepy as shit and just does that kind of stuff
5-Maybe wanted to test how long it would take for you to notice and he was bored or something

thats what i commented as number one on my list, he prolly saw something or heard about some trick... but that only works in scenes like a bar, where if the girl you're talking to leans in a bit, you lean too, then if she folds her arms, you do the same, because, subconsciously she gets the vibe you two are on the same page and flow of things... you see whaat i mean? But idk... dudes a creep oh well lol
