Do guys act cold towards girls if they are jealous/angry at something? This guy used to be all over me and all of a sudden his acting cold, always trying to get back at me for things i can't control and then making it look like its all in my head.

Tbh, id he's more of a sensitive guy and wants to be in a relationship with you, but you show no signs of that happening then he is gonna act more distant and will get angry over nothing. I believe its mostly the fact that We (as guys) will deal with any crap u put out just cause we see the good side of you, and want to have you in out arms ect, but once you show no emotion toward that side of a relationship, we tend to slow down, or stop caring toward dealing with crap. (speaking from experience. and don't mean to be rude.)

Then why did he say he has a g/f when i was teasing him about liking a girl that was near by? Even though im yet to see any evidence that he has one, never seen pics of her never mentioned her up until now and I've known him for a year! Very odd i think!

Ahh, see I didn't know that he may have a girl. BUT if u have never seen/met her then its most likely that he is just trying to make u jealous towards the whole fact of a relationship. So, i believe that he wants to be in a relationship with you, just is to afraid to talk about it. If he seem overly cocky about having a girl when telling you, then my statement is most likely true. he's was waiting for you to make the first move

Yes, I think he liked you at some point and now is angry at you for not returning his feelings. It's best to cut him from your life

It's because he can't have you then one can mind set, and when I mean cut him from your life, it means to stop responding to his text, and ignoring him. he is only bringing you down with his attitude. And from your question he is verbally attacking you.
