What does it mean if a guy friend kisses you on the forehead? Is it friendly or does it mean something else?

I was a little confused. I was helping this guy friend move out of his dorm room and he was playing this 1950/60s music and he wanted a hug. Instead of just a hug he pulled me really close and put his arms around my waist and we were kinda of swaying to the music and my head was on his shoulder. He was sort of nuzzling my neck. Then he moved his hands to my butt and we sorta just stayed that way for awhile. He would lift his head up a couple times and he would ask if I was happy. Then he kissed my forehead and we went back to working. This just seemed a little weird, not sure if this is really just friendly or something more?

Something like this happened to me recently, and I think its definitely something more. Would you do something like that to a boy who is just your friend? I wouldn't it would be too weird lol :P so I'd say it is more than friendly :))
