When a guy stands really close to you?

so i was in plant science and some guy who is my PE class came in to my class during lunch asking my AG teacher why he had a D and what he could do to get it back up. When he was done talking to her i asked her about a packet i definitely got done and he said yeah i definitely got that done to. And she told both of to check the return boxes for our classes. but the thing is, is that he was standing anywhere from 5 inches to a foot from my face. anybody have any ideas what it might mean?

If he's VERY close to you, he likes you. We, like girls, will do anything to be as close to that person as comfortable as possible. Some people have a personal space issue

okay well he is a gentleman to me, i have caught him looking at me up and down and i always catch him staring at me in general. But when i stare back he will continue to stare until one of us breaks it or something stops it early.
