Sounds kinda narcissistic. I know a lot of gym guys who do this.
I feel like I'm in the minority of guys who go to the gym and don't show off results. I feel showing off to the extent these guys do just hurts their chances with girls and lacks modesty.

Well if your toned or in good shape most guys do it to impress others to show dominance. I have a strong toned body and I like to impress girls and show my dominance to guys and girls, but I don't tell them or try to show off, I like the positive attention and feedback from the comments I get from them though.
