Why does this guy always look me up & down?

there's this guy in my school that always looks me up & down each time he sees me. He makes it very obvious to , he doesn't even try to make it subtle like other guys , its like he's in a gaze or sumthen each time he stares at me. What does that mean , why does he constantly look me up & down? im curious
