Guys, After I rejected him he's no longer on social media?

This guy i can't say was obsessed but he was very protective and would want to fight any guy who would try to approach me. He was going to even fight his own friend because he asked if we were over so he can step in.

conflict happened and he kept asking was it true? We had a thing for each other before and we weren't in a official relationship. It was just a connection that was based off of emotions/feelings and the way we felt about each other.

but after that happened he unfollowed me from everything and disappeared from his social websites. He would have been on each one constantly tweeting or whatever he does.. Thats how i followed up on what he was up to after i ended what we had.

my friend told me something is wrong because he was a social media addict and all of a sudden he's not on it.

i mean i care enough to know whats wrong but not to go back and accept him for lying to me. So can anyone tell me whats up?

Sometimes you tend to hate the persons actions but not them as a person. I still have feelings but i am not naive to keep going back to what isn't right for me.
