Guy's Behavior

Guys, (PLEASE READ) Is it possible that the fuckboy likes me, or am I being played?

So there's this guy. He seems really into me. Anyone would think he totally likes me, until you see that he basically flirts with everyone. His snap score is like 300,000 something. We talk in class and stuff and he's super flirty and sweet and SO FUNNY so i love talking to him. We always have a good laugh, and he's cute. He sometimes offers to walk me to class, or waits for me after class to walk to lunch. And i can see him staring at me in class or from across the courtyard at break, and when i make eye contact he just smiles and its super cute. And whenever he tells a joke or says something he always looks back at me right away to see my reaction. He always comes up with excuses to get me to touch him or get really close to him and it's so obvious. Our conversations flow so naturally and it's just really nice talking to him, it makes my whole day. Everyone always says fuckboys don't change and all that, but I just thought like everyone has to eventually want a real girlfriend maybe he does now. And then I realized that i'm being a dumb bitch and i need to wake the hell up and face reality, that he's not really wanting to be committed to anything. The thing is, it feels like he likes me but I also feel like he's just screwing with my feelings to get me to like him and just add me to that list of girls chasing after him. I've been playing along with whatever game this is, but I am starting to suspect that it's all BS. It's too good to be true. For now I am just enjoying the attention, but should I steer clear of this guy or should I go for him? Do you think he's actually genuinely into me or that he just wants another girl to hook up with?
