Is being outspoken a good/attractive quality?

I have done that few time with males and females both. But they seem to dislike it so, I thought that it not good to give opinion at all and due to that it's difficult to make new friends.

Well, a lot of people seem to hate my opinions, when it is ONLY my opinion. If someone has an opinion that is in conflict with my belief, I respect their right to an opinion, just as I. I would respect their honesty on the matter.

However, going by that aspect, a lot of people hate me for my opinions. :/ Women seem to dislike me, since they disagree with me, in terms of starting relationships. However, I would never get upset at a unsavoury opinion against men, as a lot (NOT ALL) of women seem to say that 'men are pigs' or something along those lines. I could see why they would think that, as we do think differently in a much more simple way.
