Attraction vs. Interest?

How can you tell when a guy at work is only attracted to you versus would actually consider dating you?

He would come up to you and get to know you. Simple enough. If he's just looking at you, it's just attraction. Interested people go claim their interest. They're intentional unless they see that you're not equally as interested. However, people really needs to understand that attraction doesn't mean that person wants to date you or want anything more. However, it also depends on how that person is looking at you. Is it based out of Lust or their genuinely admire your appearance in a respectful manner? There were plenty of guys I can say I had a liking or attraction to. But not in a lustful manner. However, I don't have any intentions of dating them. And that is the far least of my focus.

You can't, unless you start dating them and you ask about their intentions. It's really hard to tell when it comes to such stuff. People are usually indirect about such stuff as well and that can create problems.

you can't mostly... but more often than not, s man who really wants ypu would be more shy. msybe doing some awkwsrd things or offering tgings like driving you home of picku g you up from somewhere, where that maybe doesn't even make sense. but that only applies to the good guys... well mostly...
it's hard to say - simetimes your hormobes tell you thst you really like that girl - after your sperms have been shot into the target, you stsrt to feel, your body just wanted to multiply... sad vut true - doesn't apply to everyone ofc..
