Guy who liked me for a while won’t take no for an answer?

I met this guy from another friend in June/July of 2014, he treats my friend like shit but he wants to date me because he wants to make my friend jealous. He’s a bit of a douche, he takes pictures of his biceps on Instagram, he Snapchats me everyday asking for nudes or semi nudes and he calls me names “playfully.” He cheated on his previous girlfriend and she told me to watch out for him. He’s a really good looking guy, but he’s a terrible person. How do I tell him no? It won’t end, he said he wants to make my guy friend jealous. Oh and here’s how he talks to me through text lmao
