I think guys fear getting rejected or we think that she is taken and so we dont approach them.
I agree. If I saw a girl like in the pics. I wouldn't approach them. I'd definitely think she's got a boyfriend and why would she ever give me the chance

Just because she might know me and see me it doesn't mean that I would ask her out unless she says she is single AND shows interest in me.
I don't know. It hasn't happen but if she started talking to me I wouldn't be rude. I'd at least talk to her but wouldn't have any hopes

Well if she shows some interest, then that will give us a "green light" to at least maybe be a bit flirty and ask her on a date. It would take a lot pressure off of us

Because it's normally one or the other with girls, nice personality or hot plus girl that look like this don't date average looking guys and we wouldn't have any common interests as they're likely to be vain!

Often, we expect gorgeous girls to already have boyfriends so we don't bother approaching them.
Because average women make better wives, they are more loyal, realistic, they handle rejection and negative emotions better, they also don't live in a fantasy and think they are not replaceable.
Honestly some guys are insecure and are just as afraid of getting hurt and played as girls are. Also some men dont dont realize what they have till someone else has it and treat her better
