I felt really insulted when my boyfriend said to me that my butt was too big. I know that I shouldn't be offended, but it really hurts when a guy says something like this.

I'm know that I'm not fat because I exercises daily and I'm pretty fit, but I still have curves and a lifted butt. But doesn't guys like when a girl is a bit curvy, but still fit?

What should I do? It feels like he's comparing me to other girls who are more skinnier than me, which hurts me the most.

I agree with @DizzyAster, how did he say it? I mean, yes, it is rude and insensitive to say, but I also disagree that men just have to accept it and deal with it. We need to be open and honest with each other in a relationship. If there are things we are afraid to mention, then that's a problem! If there is something going on in the relationship that we don't like, we do have the right to voice it. Now, that being said, there are nicer ways to say negative things that can be hurtful no matter how we say it. At the end of day, at least he was honest with you and told you how he felt. So basically, is what he wants unattainable with you? Is it unrealistic? Is he just picking a fight? Did you take his comment the wrong way? Maybe the comparing to other women thing is only in your head? You need to talk about it with him. Open and honest communication is key to a successful relationship.
