My friends and I hung out with a couple of guys two weekends in a row. I got to know the guys well, beyond first name basis. I requested to followed all the guys on Instagram. I thought they all let me follow them, and followed me back. However, the other day I noticed that the one guy’s Instagram was still private. I figured it was because I thought I asked to follow him, but I really never actually hit the button or that it was a glitch. So I followed it again. Next time I looked I realized he had denied my follow request.
why do u think he did this? It’s not like I’m a stranger and I see him and say hi to him every once in a while. I also did some snooping and saw that he is followed by and follows two of the girls that were there and one of the other guys. But he doesn’t follow or is followed by the one other girl and other guy. However, I do not know if either of them ever tried following his social media. Also, I was the only one there that did not know him prior to hanging out those weekends. He is not super popular, and we have about the same amount of followers. I tried to make a good impression and to be friendly when we hung out. He might have found me annoying possibly, but I can’t think of anything that I did that would make him think that. I understand if he just doesn’t like me but why wouldn’t he just accept my follow request and then not follow me back if he didn’t want to see what I’m up to. Why did he not even let me follow him. I also added him on Snapchat (before I knew he rejected my instagram) and he never added me back. Also I do not actually like this guy romantically or sexually, however he seemed like a really nice kid and friend. The fact that he was so nice makes this situation feel kinda worse. All the other guys there accepted my follow request and followed me back. Why do you guys think he rejected my follow request?
