"Hairy guys are gross"

Like 99% of all girls say this.

This sucks because I'm hairy. Its not something I can change unless I have a ridiculous amount of money. Shaving isn't really an option because full body stubble freaking sucks, and there are just some spots of the body you just can't reach. Waxing doesn't work for the same reasons. And no, I don't have people who can do it for me, that's a ridiculous thing to ask somebody.

Im very athletic and muscular and I'm pretty sure I'm not absolutely hideous looking. It sucks to know that I'll be passed over by like 99% of girls because of something I can't really change.

Anybody else feel the same way?

Sorta. I grow hair on my chest, legs, arms and a bit on my back. I get my back waxed, but it doesn't grow back in 3 days. That must be really annoying.

Recently I dated a girl who really liked even my back hair. She thought I was cute, and what back hair I do have she found sexy even because she thought hair on the whole was masculine.

Something I do though, to my chest anyhow, is trim the hair. When it gets long it tends to curl a little, and it doesn't look well kept. I think for the most part women are looking for a man who looks groomed more than anything else.

God knows you don't really give a damn what a guy only "thinks", but anyhow just thought you could use the support. Just keep it groomed, "wear it well" I guess, and you'll be better off. Also, if a girl gives you a hard time when you're with her about the hair, meet her half way and say something like "that sounds like a personal problem" or "shutup" (confidentially, not mean)as you kiss her passionately or play with her hair. If you don't take it to heart and turn it around on her, and turn her on, she's at least going to get confused as to why she actually gives a damn.

Back hair isn't normal.

Girls who get grossed out by some hair are not mature enough to recognize what a real man is. They just see that pretty boy image on TV and magazines, so that's what they think is acceptable. It's sad that some of them, can't form their opinions with out being influenced by others.

I'd say find a girl who likes you for you and if she doesn't like the hair, then she isn't for you. Then she deserves some trashy womanizing bar hopping @sshole. lol

The guy I'm into is actually kind of a furry man-beast. =P But I find it attractive because I like him, haha. Him being who he is, I don't think I can imagine him without body hair. I don't think I'd be attracted to the hairless look on him, honestly, haha.

I don't know if guys operate the same way, but I find that I [and lots of other girls] often end up appreciating traits that they might not otherwise be too fond of, when they like a person. Not meaning you go from hating it to loving it, or being whatever about it to really enjoying it -permanently- in regards to every person from then on. But for that moment in time, that person makes you reconsider. BASICALLY, you make allowances for people you care for, and things you might not like aren't such a big deal when it comes to them.

Maby you are just looking at the wrong girls, my fiance when I met him trimmed his chest hair and I hated it because it would prick me when I was lying on his shoulder. He had the same demeanor that girls didn't like it but I told him no it's natural guys are suppose to be hairy and I like running my fingers through his chest hair. For the rest of the body well I think any guy that tries to get rid of leg arm or pit hair is secretly hiding something in the closet. Your a guy you are suppose to have hair, girls should understand that! You will find the right girl one day that it doesn't bother if you look in the right direction/

Honestly I used to have this frame of mind that every time I saw guys hairy legs, chests and arms, its just freaked me out and I would go on and tell them to just shave it all off because no one likes it and its nasty. Now though I met my boyfriend, who is a very hairy man and I don't care at all. Hair is natural to have and if you have an abudance of it well at least you won't get cold :) Lol. If a girl doesn't like you just for the fact that your a perfectly natural guy with hair, then obviously she really doesn't like you all too much.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Some on the chest, legs, arms and so on is completely natural. As long as it's not abeman crazy hair I get lost in and can make braids of, I like it.

Forgot to add that I don't think any girl would reject you because of this. If she does, she's not worth you time.

Waxing doesn't leave you with stubble. It's also something you can do yourself in areas you can reach properly - otherwise you can see a cosmetician, it's not uncommon for guys to have their backs waxed by a professional. IT IS something you can change if it bothers you this much, stop whining.

Paying 80 dollars once a week isn't really an option.

Ever had your back waxed? I have, several times. It lasts about 3 days and its very expensive.

And have you ever worn a shirt with body stubble? its possibly the most irritating feeling known to man.

I wasn't aware of the fact you already had tried waxing. Technically, it should only have to be done once every 3-4 weeks. When you notice hair growing back straight after waxing - that is NOT regrowth, but a different layer of hair that would grow normally to replace your other hair. Body hair grows in cycles, that's why the first time you wax you'll have hair a few days after - you have to get through at least 5 session before all your hair follicles are removed.

My girlfriend like my hairy body. she thinks its funny that my nipples have hair on them, I make fun of it too. If she loves you then it shouldn't matter much.

Men who don't bathe regularly or keep themselves clean are gross.

But there is nothing wrong with having lots of hair, end of story.

Having body hair is natural. Not much we can do about it. If a girl looses interest in you over this, then forget her. Not worth it.

Don't worry about your hair. I know that I prefer guys to be less hairy, but that doesn't mean that if I really like a guy it's a deal breaker.
