Why does this guy continuously unfollow me and then request to follow me again?

Ugh omg so I’ve known this guy for like 2 years and he was one of my first Facebook followers but ever since the beginning with no reasoning he has unfollowed me and then requested to follow again. He has another account which he’s always followed me on, so sometimes when he's in his not following me stage he’ll browse through my photos and stuff on his second acc and like my pics. Yesterday, he messaged me “I feel super bad” just out of the blue so I poked at him and said well why you have this new girl as your background pic go talk to her. Lolll and he just unfollowed me onceeee again. I’m gonna take a rough estimate and say it’s the 5th time he’s unfollowed. What’s his point of doing this if he’s just going to browse through my photos and come back? Is there a reasoning behind this?

Was there anything between you two previously? That could explain his up and down feelings and possibly reactions to your swings too. It’s sounds like you like him from what you said to him.

He wants your attention. I think he likes you. If he keeps doing dumb stuff like this just to annoy you/get your attention he likes you.

If this is bugging you so bad, why don't you ask him.
