speak to him in person about it, it could be he may have become distant cos he has feelings, and thinks that cos those feelings weren't part of your initial arrangement then he may be complicating things for you too...
and maybe that you dont want to go beyond just a friends with benefits dynamic...
arrange a meet and speak with him, if he doesn't turn up or tells you no... then you know where you stand and just delete him
I never delete numbers, I don't see a point if it made my boyfriend uncomfortable I gladly would but any numbers of guys I've been with I haven't talked to in over a year I just don't delete them

If you haven't even spoken in 3 months then he's got no feelings for you. If it were me, and I was the only one initiating and no contact for 3 months, I'd probably let it go. Or at least, I wouldn't think there's a chance of anything else but sex from them. I guess it kind of depends on you and what you want. Are you ok with being the one to initiate (when you want it) and just use him for sex? Or do you want more from someone?
