Why do guys stare at my chest even when I'm covering it?

I have pretty small B cup boobs, but I don't like to show them off because it makes me uncomfortable. But even when I'm wearing a baggy shirt I'll see guys look at my chest area even though there's nothing there to see! What the heck! On the flip side, I have a friend with HUGE double D boobs and she doesn't mind showing them off yet I never see men stare at her chest. What gives?

They don't have to be big. Like one guy said, bigger isn't always better. And we often think differently than you might. "Nothing to see" to you, but we would probably love to see lol. And if they are small, it leaves more to the imagination also, which might make us even more curious.

But also, guys are visual and we sometimes just naturally look. Sometimes we don't even realize we're doing it honestly. I've even "caught" myself looking at some women, and I had no interest in them at all and thought to myself "wtf?" lol. And we don't mean to be disrespectful or anything, it's just a natural thing we sometimes do. I think our society plays a big part in this also. Everything is sexualised in advertising and the media and women are used for all of it.

I'm sorry if it makes you feel uncomfortable, but trust me, it's not meant as disrespectful intent for most of us.

Firstly some people have dirty filthy mind and think for small size boobs. if you notice such person making you uncomfortable please take necessary action you find right in your mind.
