+1 yGuys unfortunately have been brainwashed long ago with so much stuff about how wonderful pretty women are and how important it is to be her chivalrous white knight and to have her as if she is your trophy. It is sad af to me that for so many years, beer, cars, etc. were sold to guys using women. And sadly a lot of stuff still sexualizes women to sell things, to men and women. Not only does it put women as objects and "pressurizes" them to "look better" but it treats men as if they're stupid animals with no brains.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/z6igbrfPr3A
Even "femininst" icons of today like Wonder Women and the like sadden me because she and many of them wear high heels, seemingly out of their own choice, but in the end, high heels have no advantage in enhancing functionality, but instead 90% about enhancing/faking looks that I see as marking a woman as weak if she wears them by choice, especially if she considers herself a "feminist for equality."
In fact, from what I read, high heels were meant to be originally for men that rode horses for the sake of functionality. It was in fact a man that made high heels for women, likely specifically to control their looks, (https://www.theguardian.com/fashion/2019/mar/20/sex-power-oppression-why-women-wear-high-heels ) so using it for any sort of feminist cause defies logic in all sorts of ways and is an absolute lie. I pity the men stupid enough to like them, but then whine when they have to walk slower or spend more for those same things to be worn by their equally illogical girlfriend/wife. They do it to themselves and often have to learn the hard way.
So as you can see, no, physical attractiveness does near nothing for me. I easily see past it, unafraid to call out the hypocrisies so obvious in gender issues for both sides. Actually, I kinda like this "Humphy" "woke white knight" guy in a vid I saw earlier today. Notice in the end, after specifically showing his respectfulness, he proves this because in the end, nobody was by his side, and he did not expect anyone to be either. And ofc my fave quote "humphy I love you!" "no you don't, you love the idea of me" :)00 Reply

Yes;
More specifically yes she can get "a" guy interested. That doesn't mean she will get a particular guy interested. Or that necessarily all the guys showing interest are actually into her vs putting up with her shit because she's hot and is sleeping with them.
If a girl is hot, she can definitely get "a" guy to be into her. If she is hot enough a lot of guys will be into her on that alone. a lot of that is just to have sex and leave. But a lot of those men would want to be with her longterm with consistent sex as well.
Does a girl being hot mean she can/will get any guy? No.
But if a girl is simply physically attractive she can get at least 1 guy. That said, if she is atrocious enough of a person a guy might be into her enough to stick around while still not liking her as a person. So he's attracted but not "into her" so to speak.
I knew beautiful girls in high-school and college I disliked and didn't want to be around whatsoever because they were God awful people. Also had the spine to follow through with separating myself from them.
But for a lot of guys the threshold they have for putting up with a girls bullshit is high depending on how hot she is in relation to his ability to find another girl of relatively decent quality.
It sucks but it's true. If a guy could find and get with a cute girl with relative ease in his everyday life. Just because he sees the hottest girl he's ever seen, he not going to put up with her bullshit because he can find another girl. Even if that girl is superficially less hot to some degree.
But if a guy doesn't have any girls at all and little to no chance of getting one. The likelihood that he will put up with that girls crap is high. Because she's hot, probably has sex with him sometimes, and he can't do better in that he can't find a cute girl who would treat him better. Not necessarily finding a girl just as hot.01 Reply
+1 yIt's weird. I'm dating a guy that is my dream come true physically speaking, our chemistry is mind blowing, but in the field of talks we are less compatible. Before, I used to have a long term relationship with my ex (10 years togheter!) whom which I could talk for hours but I did not feel particularly attracted in a corporeal sense.
I don't know if I'm still in the newest part of this relationship, the one that is to fresh to think with some distance, but at the moment I'm very happy of being with this guy, he cuts my breath and when he is romantic can kill me and make feel so exited i don't even think about we not talk as I used to do with my ex.
What I want to say is that it might depend on your personality or the things you are looking for. Because my ex was more worried about his professional growth (at al level that he thinking of ending ten years of relatioship because he got an overseas opportunity instead of looking for solutions) know I think less in intelectual chemestry as a must. If a guy have a big heart and is able to love you and taking care of you (and plus he is sexy), you might change your mind.
Nevertheless, he has to be a golden heart guy. If he is a jerk, it does not matter if he is a god.00 Reply
+1 yNo, you need to have things in common with the person. I've been attracted to men but once I've spoken to them for a few minutes (or hours, depending on whether we were on a date or not), I learned I had nothing in common with them and that we shouldn't hang out with each other. It's like a pretty dress. Sometimes it looks amazing on the rack, and then you put it on and you realize it would be great for a girl with boobs that are bigger than yours, or maybe for a more hipster looking girl, and it's a great dress and it's nice-looking, but it just doesn't work on you.

But if you want a high status male you need much more going for you.111 Reply For many guys, physical attractiveness draws them in because it always feels good to look at something or someone beautiful but it goes way deeper than that. I believe the biggest reason for a guy going for someone physically attractive is because men have been told that they should be looking for someone beautiful and it just gives men a sense of pride. A guy with a physically attractive woman is usually treated with more respect and it's easier for him to move up in the world as well. I have attracted women of all shapes and sizes, but when people see me with the most attractive women, more people want to be my friend and overall just spread more positive energy around me, including spending more money on me and giving me opportunities to make more money. It's as if I am a higher quality for being with an attractive woman. I do believe many of these people have selfish motives, but I actually believe that a good bunch of people truly just feel that I am a better person to be with, so it really is a huge bonus to be with an attractive woman.
All that being said, any quality guy absolutely cares about much more than just physical appearance, and no quality guy would settle for someone who is just pretty. Many guys would want to sleep with her just for the physical pleasure but he'd have to be pretty unsure of himself if he stays with someone who only has looks going for her. Beauty goes way deeper than the surface, and many beautiful women do not work on their character because they are are too used to getting their way.12 Reply- +1 y
"A guy with a physically attractive woman is usually treated with more respect"
🤯 Really? wow
And how people treat single men? 🤔 - +1 y
@Iluisa_Maya Yeah if I hang out with less attractive girls, people usually don't give me the same level of respect. It's sad but I definitely wouldn't just stop hanging out with them because they aren't the most beautiful especially if they have great character. This is just generally what I see, but there are definitely more kindhearted and openminded people out there who are not quick to judge.
Single men don't necessarily get less respect. If they are seen having positive reactions with attractive women, they will generally still get lots of respect.

It's when the makeup comes off, and your push-up bra/duct tape boobs, reveal all ; that you are bared for what you really are.
For example one of my friends cousins was dating a girl a long while back. She was a breast cancer survivor, and had one of her breasts removed before she met him. She was wearing a breast prosthesis for the 1-2 years they were dating, and she never let him see her naked during that time. But it was when we had a pool party at a mate's house that things kicked off big time as her prosthesis got displaced.
Obviously the girls were sympathetic and a couple of guys did the "monoboob" joke, but her boyfriend called her out for being a "freak," and when she was going to tell him about her issue. He ditched her on the spot. It was a shame to see as they were a great match otherwise.
Moral of the story being: if you're not showing reality somewhere along the beginning of the line - it'll end in tears.00 Reply
+1 yIt’s a huge head start. But it just that a head start. A semi attractive girl who has many other qualities can still be more attractive to guys. We are definitely visual but most of us aren’t that stupid. If we want a relationship with a girl we will definitely look at other aspects (hook up is a different story) At best you will just pumped and dumped if you just depend on looks.
Just avoid being the following:
- playing TOO hard to get. Purposely being more difficult beyond how a typical woman behaves will quickly turn any self respecting guy off.
- too boring. You have to throw out ideas and engage in the conversations. Sure guys have to take the lead but we can’t fall in love with a sex doll.
- too materialistic. From what I’ve seen women tend to be more materialistic than guys. It’s just expected. But some overdo it and it’s a huge character flaw.
- being a freeloader and expecting him to always pay for everything while showing little or no gratitude. It’s okay in the beginning to let him treat you out a bit. But always say thank you and after 3 dates it’s time for you to pitch to the best of your ability.
- being too political. It’s trendy nowadays to see people incessantly spout political views were they shouldn’t. 2 out 3 women I see on dating apps now just HAVE to mention politics in their profiles. Some are absolutely obsessed. Even if the guy agrees with your views it’s still not good place to start.
- verbally saying you are a “feminist”. A real (old school) feminist doesn’t need to go around advertising it. She gains respect through her actions of being independent, brave and a hard worker. But most verbally self avowed “feminists” I’ve met in my life aren’t usually that physically attractive anyway so just saying.
If you can avoid those pitfalls you should be good to go.00 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yAs a guy, I can't take that stuff personal. I've seen guys who are less educated, more cheap, and less attractive find pretty girls or are even married now. If I get rejected by girls, it's fine you move on. But i've been rejected so much now that I kind of expect it. I think I think I am an overall proper guy -- takes care of himself, in grad school, decent looking, knows how to dress, understanding/caring/willing to listen and I cook good food... Yet I am still a virgin. It's odd to because I enjoy talking, I enjoy asking questions (not personal) about herself, her interests and going further with it. I can talk about anything really -- sports, politics, religion, movies, entertainment, activities (traveling), etc. To answer your question I think most of care about looks but it's what the other person considers "attractive". Guys/men look at that quality yes, and as do I (not going to lie) but I have crossed paths with many "attractive" girls and there personalities with awful. I would never want to date or be with girls like that. People have to be well-rounded. A guy who's 6 ft 5 and has a large dick doesn't have to work much to get girls because that's what he uses. Girls or women who are extremely pretty know it and you can tell by their social media accounts how they portray themselves. But those people I mentioned doesn't mean they are good overall because they just use their attractiveness to get people but in the long run if they are shitty people they should expect many breakups or displeasure. Hence why I said people overall should be good and have many great qualities. This is my opinion, many people may not agree with it, there will be people who use their looks or guys who use their money to get what they want.

+1 yI'll be honest, at the very outset, when he is just seeing you for the first time and getting to know you him finding you attractive and feminine is really a good chunk of it. If there is something that just captivates us physically, your look, eyes, smile, a figure we find cute you are really in good. I'd say many of us are optimistic and have really high hopes that we'll like the rest once we get to know more. Of course, if the personalities clash, there are differing views on core issues and as we learn about each other... it is very possible the two aren't a match, they aren't compatible, they may not even like each other but yes, at the very outset, looks get you in the door to his heart to make it to the next round.
I've met a girl before that she was kind of cute, I didn't really think about her that much but we spent a lot of time together and I got to know her a bit and her "I guess she is kind of cute" became irresistible to me.10 Reply
+1 yDepends on what you mean by like/into you. If you're interested in casual / one nights yeah that works wonders. Anything beyond that it's typically meaningless.
As example, I had to speak with a friend about his cousin a few years ago. We'd just met but he soon made some comments that were pretty forward. His intent was obvious. I *am* an attractive woman who, when I wasn't dating, had a lot of guys interested. But I don't have an interest in casual sex (what this cousin wanted). When he tried other means to win favor he didn't have such success cause my guard was up.
.
In reality, he screwed himself over by being so blunt as, getting to know him later, we could have done well together. Similar personalities, etc.00 ReplyYour looks and the way you physically present yourself will attract a guy on the surface level. But if you care to genuinely attract a GENUINE MAN, it takes personality and a good character, similar views on life concerning things of importance to the both of you to have him take a liking.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yFor me there are three things, but only one of them matters. Spiritual attraction (Does she share faith in Jesus), Mental attraction (do we think well together), and Physical attraction (Do we like each other's pheromones). I honestly want all three, but as a man if I were to settle for two it would be Spiritual and Physical, marriage is very much a physical bond as well as spiritual teamwork, I could forego the mind, but don't want to. The most important one is the spiritual, because the consequences are eternal. I have female friends that I have Spiritual and Mental attraction towards, but I don't respond to their pheromones. I still value and enjoy them as people, but don't seek marriage.
10 ReplyNope, you can hot as hell, but some guys will turn away if you act like garbage. Also, I'm sure if physical attraction is all you're going to rely on then you might as well rely on yourself to a pump and dump for every guy you like.
You have to have good personality traits and values. Just being a good person overall. Be respectable towards yourself and others. All that good stuff.30 Reply
+1 yPhysical attraction might get someone to notice you.. But it takes way more than just physical attraction to keep someone... And if it's"just" physical attraction, what will happen when your looks change, which they do... Looks is just one part of a person... People need to look at more than just looks... If someone can't see me past just my looks, to my mind, my heart, my personality, character, soul, I wouldn't care if they were interested in me.. I wouldn't be interested in them...

+1 yFor the majority of guys yes, because they're not used to dating very attractive women. To be brutally honest the majority of guys barely have any real standards.
For more attractive guys who are, no. If they can choose between multiple very good looking women they're gonna choose based on other things.10 Reply
+1 yIt’s a good base but no. I know attractive women being disrespected and cheated on. Most importantly, you need to love yourself and have dignity. Bad men target vulnerable women. And most men don’t want dumb and child-like women, she should have a drive, hobbies, friends and family that she talk to, etc. Something that makes her interesting.
00 ReplyAt first yes. if you show interest andare attractive, and he is single, he will be interested at first. He might not want serious though, and if your personality sucks or you dont get along then he might do you. Beauty is just that, attraction, like a magnet. You can have a weak pull or strong one but if he pulls away that attraction will not be like glue. Its only a force of push and pull. it also makes people good about being around you.

More importantly, if she comes across like she has no respect for herself. She will most definitely not get any from me. Don’t get me wrong, I have enjoyed the company of many types of women in my search for Cinderella.
00 ReplyNo. Definitely not. Unless we're talking about one night stands. It's a great start and often incentive to talk to a girl, but it would be only to see if you actually like them. It's super baseless and worthless to be in a relationship that's only focused on physical looks
00 ReplyThat might work initially... but really it's a combination of your looks and personality... so it's more a matter of how you carry your physical attractiveness... it doesn't mean you have to be a pin up... if you're confident about yourself a guy will notice...

Princess syndrome.
4 years ago I started dating a woman a year older than me and a 20 yr old college girl. Who would expect to be more flaky, entitled and confused about what she wanted in bed? Surprise it was NOT the 20 yr old girl.
She actually treated me much better than a grown ass woman. It just nuts. - +1 y
@bluetoblack99 Women in their 30+ years are also notorious for hating on younger women, because their beauties fade. They also hate on guys who choose to date younger women in their 20s. Saying they date "children". While reality remains, guys want younger women. Women want older guys. Older women here in the west are often more damaged, feel more entitled while at the same time bring less to the relationship.
- +1 y
Yeah age is mother nature’s great equalizer. I scored with a lot young pretty girls in my late 20s and early 30s. A cougar my age wouldn’t have that kind of pull. Even the 20 year old girl was in love with me for a while. It didn’t end well but it was fun while it lasted.
But the fact that women in their 30s and 40s think they have the leeway to be a pain in a ass is just nuts. Some of the worst dates I’ve ever been on in my life were with women around my age in the last few years. It’s the sick “pride” of being difficult is more satisfying to them vs. just being fair and actually having a chance for relationship, intimacy and sex. Delusional fat girls (of all ages) are like this too. Every once in a blue moon a so so looking guy will give them a chance but the fat girl embraces her own self sabotage by being rude to him. She rather have the story of “oh this guy was hot for me but I TURNED him down because I have the power to do so” vs. taking a unusual opportunity for happiness. - +1 y
@bluetoblack99 OMG you actually just described the situation with one of my exes. She was (probably still is) a chubby-fat girl girl. She was ALWAYS bitching about the most TRIVIAL shit and always had to speak against what I said. And not because she genuinely disagrees, but for the sake of trying to be "dominant' in the relationship (which she failed at miserably). She actually admitted she was suprised that I as a 'handsome' guy would give her a chance. Literally the whole relationship was us fighting. You should have seen her face when she saw me with walking with my now hot and fit girlfriend.
- +1 y
Because being fat isn’t just a physical problem but a mental one (90 percent of the time). Also speaking of her “wanting to be dominate” I also find that fat girls are often LOUD. They are more likely to be bullies.
These girls want all the attention and power of pretty girls but they don’t want to put in the effort. Then we they do get a rare opportunity they think they are right on par with the hottie. Their not.
Now to be fair I’ve met older and/or heavier girls who aren’t like this at all. They are really sweet and I treat them as nicely as possible. But fat girls who are mean (with no provocation) deserve every inch of self hatred, jealous and depression they have. No excuse to mistreat other people just because you are unhappy with yourself. At least fat girls can still change their physiques. The best an older woman can do is plastic surgery. But even that won’t ever make you look magically younger (at least not yet).
Anyway congrats on getting a hot girlfriend. You seem like a cool guy. You deserve it. - +1 y
@bluetoblack99 Yeah, she clearly was taking her own insecurities and unhappiness out on me. You should see how much shit she was talking about other people and how entitled she felt. Her only "friends" were a bunch of simp orbiters trying to score her coochie. And even after I broke up with her, she immediately returned to her simp orbiters. Just imagine how big their egos will be when they actually do lose weight... Still wondering why the hell I got with her anyway. It was mainly for the sex and because I was naive. Lessons learned. Never again will I make that mistake. I was much happier while I was single. Like after 3 months, I got with a genuine good girl, with a rocking body, who actually listens, knows her place and works on building a healthy relationship. It's thanks to the red pill that I not only improved myself mentally, but also weed out all the bad girls in the dating game. I'm glad guys like you actually realize the true nature of a lot of women out there and act accordingly instead of simping around like most guys out there (this website is full of simps aswel). Much respect to you!

I was a late bloomer. There was no coaching or solid advice for guys in my generation. I remember listening to Doc Loves podcasts years ago and it was a real eye opener. I started getting a lot more game after that. Being raised a “nice guy” I had to painfully unlearn lots of bs. BUT I was also tall and athletic so I got laid young (16).
But yeah man keep it up. We all make mistakes. Just don’t repeat them. During lockdown I completely disassociated from the older woman I was talking about. Long story she very tactfully took advantage of me 2 years ago. She was still on my social media liking all my posts. I finally unfriendly her from everything but I messaged her saying I wanted to chat. I told her straight up how I felt about what she did. She proved my suspicion that I was 110% friendzoned and I told her best of luck. She was just liking my posts because she wanted to keep me around as a resource. But just like woman can reject sex and relationships, guys can very well reject “friendships” and we need to do it more often.

@bluetoblack99 Very true words! And yeah, a lot of them open your snaps, instagram stories or give you a "like" trying to bait you in talking to them. It's all games. Good thing you see through that facade now. I'm fortunate to have discovered the red pill in my early 20s and have managed to kill the 'nice guy' early on
- +1 y
Being a “nice guy” isn’t the end of the world. There are classy women out there who can and do fall in love with genuine nice guys (more accurately called gentlemen)
But count yourself lucky. My parents put pounded all sorts of chivalry bullshit into my head when I was growing up. To be fair women of their generation respected that more so they just didn’t know any better. But since women have so much more “freedom” nowadays us guys have toughen up even more to avoid them taking advantage of that for their own ends.
+1 yNo. It’s enough to make him want to f*ck you But that doesn’t mean he likes you, just that he wants to do you. A guy can and will have sex with a woman he dislikes if she is hot
10 ReplyIt really varies from person to person, but for most, looks do play a part because it's the first thing you see. What matters most, though, is the girl's personality, and usually the guy's opinion on that is decided by what they think you're like when you first get talking.
10 ReplyEvery guy here telling you "looks don't matter" is talking complete nonsense. Attractiveness is really all you need - except if you have a shitty personality. 10 ReplyYes. And don't let anyone lie to you and say otherwise. For initial attraction the only thing that matters is how hot you are.
Personality only starts mattering if you consider a long term girlfriend.00 ReplyFor me, it will get my curiosity, my attention, but so does a great personality. However, a great personality is truly what will make me into that girl or not. Looks is just something on the side for me.
00 ReplyNo and that should be obvious. A woman also has to have a good personality also,
