Guy's Behavior

Am I being insecure and tripping over nothing or he wants his cake and eat it too?

Plain and simple. I feel a way when my man stares at women -- breaks his neck, will look more than three times... He'll just make it obvious, he won't even hide it... WHEN HE'S HOLDING MY HAND!! LOL I literally feel embarrassed and ashamed. You can look all you want cause you bet your bottom, I'll look at an attractive man or a pretty woman/nice body! It's just human nature. Soooo why do I feel embarrassed? It's so annoying and I don't want to bring it up cause I honestly don't want to come off insecure at all. Today, I had to pep talk myself out of feeling embarrassed/upset because I was extremely annoyed that he would break his neck while he's holding my hand and rubbing on me. I guess I feel confused as to why he would do that.. (together 9 months) .. I don't know. I'm sorry if I'm just rambling but, I would love to know if I'm just tripping or should I bring this up or it doesn't mean anything? Thank you!
