that's not true, the true situation is if guy doesn't love the girl then he pulls away when she shows interest.
It's because the guys were not interested anymore, probably were just looking to get laid and didn't want anything other than that.
A lot of times we don't know that your flirting with us because we don't know how to read the signals.

I pretty much just meant the face value of what I said. A lot of guys have experiences with women where they thought the woman was expressing interest in him, and it turned out that she was just being friendly. Lots of women also like leading guys on.
