There's this polish guy at my work and I know polish people are very polite, honest, good people and the men are raised to take care of women.
This guy is a little older then by at least 10 years and he has a girlfriend and little boy but he's never mentioned them to me only to other female employees.
I struggle a lot at work I'm the youngest, smallest and not been at the company very long and I'm not as if fast as the others and I'm kinda seen as the weakest in the department. This guy always takes pity on me and even though we don't talk much because of are language barrier he's always really kind to me and trys to help me whenever. a lot of the other polish men are like this with me too but not as much as this guy and they do help other women just not as much as me.
He will always smile at me and laugh at my jokes when all the other women go out there way not to because they hate me for being young and pretty. He will always hold the door open for me and make sure he's around when I'm waiting in the dark to be picked up.
If something looks heavy he always insists on carrying it for me and whenever we need extra help in my department he always comes to help me and no one else.
Whenever something funny happens he always looks at me when we're all laughing and whenever he clock out he stands behind me. I have a boyfriend and I've kinda mentioned it before to him as I told him when it was his birthday and showed him the birthday cake I baked for my boyfriend and he seemed really happy. I don't know if it's because I'm one of the kinder staff members at my work and because I'm seen as cute by a lot of people as to why he acts this way with me. a lot of men do feel protective of me just because I'm small and shy and it doesn't have anything to do with wanting to get in my pants it just they see as a little sister or daughter.

He did gave off more of a crush vibe when we first met but now its kinda like hey we're the only two people here who aren't dicks let's look out for each other vibe

It not me a lot of the women at my work get jealous and say stuff like "maybe is I was still a 20 something and fluttered my eyelashes he'd help me too"
