Why would he say he’s not going to try anything but still try to do something?

The day before I met up with I guy I told him not to try anything and he said respectfully. So the next day we link and he asked if I wanted to get in the backseat to “watch a movie 🎥 “ . So we get in the backseat and he gets really close to me and he sees Geese and wants to feed them so he rolls down the windows and as he’s doing that he starts rubbing on my legs. Then after he feeds them he rolls up the window and “wants to cuddle “ . It’s awkward at first because it was kind of tight and he wanted me to get on him then he started laying on me. We pick a movie and as the movie is playing he’s rubbing my thighs and squeezes them. Then he grabs my boob and ask if he could play with them and I say no and he says ok. And he said if your uncomfortable let me know because he wants me to be comfortable. Then a few minutes later he asked if I want him to pull out his 🍆 and what would I do with it and I said no. Like wtf 🙄

I've never understood this thought process guys like this have. He clearly doesn't respect your boundaries, so he's trying to maneuver around them, and not doing a very good job. That line about you being uncomfortable sounds like a pathetic attempt to get you to drop your guard. No means no. Don't understand what's so difficult to grasp about that. Sorry you got unlucky enough to find yourself in a situation with a guy who wasn't intelligent or mature enough to do so, and decided to try to coerce you instead.

If he says he's not going to try anything, then maybe you'll give him the opportunity to try something and you'll change your mind. That's basically the logic at play here.
