Why is this guy so evil?

He blocked me for months and just the other day he subtly sends me a message about the formula 1 racing and asks if I'm visiting him this summer.

I was a little under experienced when I met this guy as I was too available and he probably seen it as a way to control me because I liked him

I'm not ugly either snd have a good job but he treats every other like they were so much better why?

He probably met someone he liked and started dating them exclusively (assuming you weren’t overly contacting him). As a person with a slightly manipulative nature, if you give me an inch I’ll take a mile. Meaning if a girl allows me to whatever whenever, I will take advantage of the opportunity. But if a girl sets standards and boundaries I have to respect that and choose whether or not that’s good for me. I’d stay away from him.

I don't even respond to his messages anymore I leave them unread. The girls he dates aren't attractive and seem slitter frumpy looking. So I'm not sure why he complained about me when I was in shape and said I was dumb when I work at a bank

He most likely has low self-esteem and projects that on to people around him. Block and delete his number and take some time to yourself until you find someone who sees much more value in you.

I haven't read his message but he said "additionally you are visiting this summer" the guy has no humanity. Absolutely no way I'm reading this after he said he was going to be online no very often and telling me I could only respond after a week or so

He has a major crush on you and don't want to tell you and he's scared to mess up so he is trying to act like he is fine without you for you won't know he is doing badly and compering other girls to and showing you to make you feel bad about your self and to make you wonder where did you go wrong.
